TRIO’s first special dinner menu of 2018 will showcase two of Spain’s newest wine regions and the crisp Verdejo whites and bold Tempranillo reds that have put Ribera y Rueda on the map.
Offered Saturday, February 3 from 5:00 to 11:00 pm, the dinner menu will feature four courses crafted by Chef de Cuisine James Flowers and paired with the regions’ standout wines. Full of Spanish flavors – such as Marcona almonds and Idiazabal cheese – the menu offers the perfect complement to wines from Bodegas Shaya, Menade, Finca Villacreces and other Ribera y Rueda wineries.
