TRIO at Four Seasons Hotel Austin is all but banishing the word “bored” from the local vocabulary with an infusion of new events and promotions at the downtown Austin restaurant.
Already a dining hotspot due to its popular daily happy hour, this Fall TRIO gives locals and visitors even more reason to linger at the lakeside restaurant with the introduction of the following:
Boug·ē Burgers & Bottles (Wednesdays, 5:00 to 10:00 pm) – Burgers get a bourgeoisie update every Wednesday night during Boug·ē Burgers & Bottles, featuring a choice of three gourmet burgers paired with parmesan frites. In addition to the fancy fare, guests receive two different three-ounce pours of wine each week allowing them to taste different varietals side-by-side with their selected burger. Available from 5:00 pm to close, Boug·ē Burgers & Bottles is $32 and offered at the bar, in the dining room or on TRIO’s back lawn.
Bubbles & Buckets (Thursdays, 5:00 to 10:00 pm) – Chef Elmar Prambs’ secret recipe for fried chicken is the star at this new event, taking place Thursdays from 5:00 pm to close in the bar and on the back lawn. Each order of fried chicken is $25 and comes with a side of compressed watermelon and a split of Champagne.
Friday Night Flights (Fridays, 5:00 to 11:00 pm) – Guests can sip their way around the world every Friday night from 5:00 pm to close with a new wine flight featured by sommelier Rania Zayyat. Grouped by varietal, appellation or similar characteristics, the flights are intended to introduce wine lovers to something new and will be available at the bar, in the dining room and on the back lawn.
To further highlight the flights, TRIO will also present a sommelier-led tasting the first Friday of each month from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the dining room. Kicking off September 2, 2016, First Fridays will include that week’s flight served alongside three perfectly paired appetizers for $45 per person.
Rosé All Day (Saturdays, 11:00 am to 11:00 pm) – Yes way! TRIO is dedicating an entire day to this refreshing varietal with rosé-friendly appetizers, an expanded by-the-glass selection – starting at $8 each – and $10 off bottles of rosé throughout the restaurant and on the back lawn.
Sunday Fun Day (Sundays, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm) – Sunday offers up 12 full hours of fun for guests with TRIO’s award-winning Brunch from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, complete with more than 80 buffet items and bottomless mimosas, followed by an extended happy hour throughout the entire restaurant from 2:00 to 10:00 pm.
TRIO Pre-Theatre Dinner – In addition to the recurring weekly events, TRIO will also appeal to theatre enthusiasts this Fall with the return of its popular pre-theatre dinner offering. Featuring 15 percent off the regular dinner menu, as well as complimentary Four Seasons valet parking and a VIP parking pass at Bass Concert Hall, pre-theatre dinner is available from 5:00 to 6:30 pm before each Broadway in Austin performance at Texas Performing Arts.
