This creamy drink brings a more “mature” vibe to the original Grasshopper classic with its barrel-aged mix of Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Tempus Fugit Green Crème de Menthe and Crème de Cacao. After approximately four weeks aging in a barrel, the concoction is mellowed with Half & Half and garnished with a fresh sprig of mint.
We Three Kings
A gift good enough for the world’s most famous baby, Frankincense plays a pivotal role in this spicy Christmas drink featuring Tequila Ocho Anejo, Frankincense and allspice-infused syrup, Angostura bitters and – for a little irony – Bad Dog Hell Fire & Damnation bitters. Garnished with a lime wheel and brandied cherry, the We Three Kings cocktail is served on the rocks.
Perfect for those rare days when Austin temperatures take a dive, the ‘Buie toddy is infused with all the warmth and comfort of the holidays. Served hot, the drink combines Drambuie, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, honey water, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and steaming water in a footed mug.
