Spend Wine Wednesdays with Mark

Hump day just got a whole lot more exciting in TRIO, where a new Wine Wednesday program gives locals access to some of Sommelier Mark Sayre’s “bucket list wines.”

The equivalent of being invited into Mark’s personal wine cellar, Wine Wednesday features hard-to-find selections poured by the glass or half-glass. Recent picks include the 2009 Chateau de St. Cosme Gigondas “Valbelle” – a cuvee from the oldest, most historic estate in the French region of Gigondas, typically only available in a magnum – and the 2009 Domaine Fourrier Gevrey Chambertin “Vielles Vignes,” which Mark calls one of his Top 10 producers of all time.
