Pre-Valentine’s Weekend

Toast the one you love at your leisure with a Pre-Valentine’s Day three-course prix fixe dinner menu, available Friday, February 10 through Monday, February 13. A choice of appetizer and entree yields such delicious options as Crispy Gulf Snapper and Beef Carpaccio, with a delicious “All About Love” dessert providing the perfect ending to the night. Priced at $55 per person, the prix fixe Pre-Valentine’s Day Menu is available in addition to TRIO’s regular à la carte menu. Those who prefer to celebrate on Valentine’s Day will be rewarded for their traditionalist take with an incredible four-course prix fixe dinner featuring items like Tuna Tartare, Seared Akaushi Tataki, Prime Beef Tenderloin and Seared Scallops with Texas Shrimp. For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Javier Franco has dreamed up two delectable options: Strawberries & Cream, made with Fromage Blanc Mousse, Strawberry Salad, Basil Foam and Strawberry Gelée, or a Chocolate Exclamation! plate, complete with Caramelia Chocolate Praline Tart, Warm Chocolate Cake, Banana-Passion Fruit Rum and Caramel.

The Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Menu is $95 per person and available from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 only.  Reservations are required and may be made by calling (512) 685-8300.
